Bryant R. Lopez was raised in Buenos Aires since the age of 4. He began dancing Argentine folk (malambo) when he was 14 where he discovered his passion for dancing. After performing professionally for 3 years he was introduced to tango, that would change his life forever. Since then, he has dedicated himself to improving and studying the elegant milonguero style from Buenos Aires in order to teach and perform professionally. His style of dancing has been influenced by many dancers such as Pepito Avellanela, Roberto Herrera and Juan Carlos Copez who he has studied and learned from throughout his career.

From Buenos Aires, Argentina, Pedro and Eva met in the 60’s at a swing dance, where they paired up and started to dance together. They were introduced to tango in 1965 at a swing competition. In love with the dance they started learning the Tango Liso. This style of tango is well known in the salons of Buenos Aires as one of the milonguero styles danced by the older generation. They founded “La Fonola” tango school in Neuquen, Argentina, in 2001 where kids as young as 3 years of age can learn how to dance tango.
